Back at it

I'm back from vacation and it was SO great to be home. The babies are doing well and I had a wonderful time helping with all three nephews for the week. It was definitely hard to leave them!

Now we're in full swing at church with the new program year. Labor Day is behind us, so youth group, Sunday School, etc., can happen without many breaks in between.

The first Colts game is tonight and I'm totally pumped about watching it. Youth group ends at 8:00, which means I can be out of the church building by 8:15. That's what time kickoff is, so I'll be a little late, but at least it'll be close. Maybe by 8:30 or 8:35. :)

Thanks to all of you who hung out while I was home. Game night was tons of fun (DDR!) and we'll definitely need to do it again over Thanksgiving or Christmas.

It's time to start planning the mission trip for next summer for my senior highs. The middle school one is booked, but the senior high trip is not decided yet. We're going to start talking about it tonight - we'll see what the kids are interested in doing while on the trip.

Not much else to say now. Time to lay on the couch and watch football... because that's what I DO in the fall! By the way, I AM wearing my #18 jersey, of COURSE!

Dang Colts, they steal my husband every season.

My recommendation for your mission trip is to go NORTH where it is cooler during the summer.
