It rained here today. A LOT. I happened to be in Linens 'n' Things at the time. I could hear the thunder outside and could only imagine the lightning. The lights in there flickered a few times - do you think they have emergency lighting in there? I was trying to kill time so as not to have to go back out in the pouring down rain, but I decided I better at least move to the front of the store so there was some light from the windows!!

I had a productive day at work today. Those are always good days. I was working on the Confirmation calendar for this year. I think tomorrow I will be doing more of the same, plus planning specific lessons! Let's hope I am even more productive...

Update on yesterday's story: Management did nothing for me except apologize. They also called the supervisor at the subcontracter (who is putting in the doors) and some bigwig from Atlanta called me to apologize, too. I was thinking I could get discounted rent next month or something, but they offered nothing in that realm. Hmph.

That shall be all for now. Time to do some reading and think about sleeping (yeah! it's early!).
