It's not time to slow down just yet. My Middle School youth group leaves on Sunday to go on our mission trip. We will be spending a week in Charlotte at the CROSS program. We will minister at a different location each morning and afternoon Monday-Thursday. Friday we'll have time for some fun and Saturday we'll head back home. It's bound to be a challenging and rewarding week - but it's one that I'm really looking forward to and I think the kids are, too.

My laptop is sick. There must be a short in the monitor or something (does this sound familiar to anyone? I had monitor problems last summer!) because the screen is only on if the laptop is open 100 degrees or more. If it's closed more than that, no screen is visible - it's black. So the good news is that I bought the extended warranty when I got the computer - it's good for three years. The bad news is that it has to be fixed where I bought it. I shipped it off today and luckily Mom and Dad are coming here in a couple weeks and can bring it back to me. The shipping was not the least bit cheap and I wouldn't want to have to pay it both ways.

I'm going to be an aunt to TWIN BOYS. Did I tell you that? I can't remember what I say on here and what I don't. They are due somewhere around Sept. 17 I think (???) but will likely come the end of August. We'll see! My nephew is going to make a GREAT big brother.

That's all I know for now. I'm feeling like I should go to bed and get some good rest tonight, so I think I'll head that way. Have a great week!!!
